Ackerman Brown Participates in Diverse Supplier Initiatives

Ackerman Brown is honored to have been selected to participate in diverse supplier initiatives with both CVS Health and Freddie Mac.

Annually, CVS Health invites established minority, woman, veteran and LGBT-owned businesses from across the country to participate in its Executive Learning Series for diverse suppliers. Attorney Don Davis represents the firm in this program that is hosted by Roger Williams University in Providence, Rhode Island. As part of the program, Don will complete coursework in topics related to supply chain management, process improvement, strategic planning, and human resources management.

The firm is also proud to participate in the Vendor Academy sponsored by Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. Similar to the CVS Health program, Freddie Mac’s academy seeks to ensure well-prepared and highly qualified diverse suppliers. Chris Brown and Don Davis represent the firm in this series that aims to diversify Freddie Mac’s procurement of high quality services.

Both programs will conclude this fall and will elevate Ackerman Brown’s visibility and competitiveness as an LGBT-owned provider of high quality legal services.
